The fight for light

It was a day like any
I drowned into deep thought, hours passed, many.
From the blues ,I felt the pain.
From the inside, a blood rain.
I got numb, as everything faded.
I could smell sorrow, a feeling I hated.
Agony, sorrow, curse...
This was God’s boon to me in form of a curse.
Living life, like the last ride on a hearse.

The darkness gulped down the never ending road.
Like a knight on his horse, but no courage he showed.
The darkness sucked everything he saw
For he had to follow no law.
Nobody had the will to challenge his might,
No light that could bravely fight.
Darkness ruled,
Nobody knew what ahead lay.
No enlightened power,
The fall of the evil seemed to have no way.
Agonies, sorrow, curse...
This was God’s boon to me in form of a curse.
Living life, like the last ride on a hearse.

But, I refused to take the pain,
Courage raced throughout my vein.
All I had was a heart of steel,
No part to sense a feel.
Holding the torch, forward I marched.
The fight begun, as I lit the dark,
I stepped into devils nest
Without a fear, that I my soul may waste.
Unsacred was the Hell Gate.
No light, only shade.
After a fiery fight, devil’s body tore apart
A new world order, a new start.
The code was cracked, the mystery was solved .
Back to its grave the devil was called.

I, now, had a heart to feel
Not just sorrow, but happiness, once sealed.
Now, I Know, a boon is a step away from curse.
Now I know life’s journey is the smoothest on a hearse.
